MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE PENSIONERS

Preventive center of Nis `Health Center` in the cooperation with Palilula Municipality, organized on Wednesday August 10 2011 the activity called `Meeting pensioners`. From 8 00 hours to 11 00 hours, in the official working area of Palilula Municipality –Municipal ground floor, the team of the medical workers from this health institution examined for free the interested Palilula citizens. `Health care was in this way primary closer to the people of `third age` - the retired people in city area who were these days also receiving pensions` – said Slavoljub Savic, the associate of the head of Municipal administration and added that it had been closer to the other interested Palilula citizens.

Medical control consisted of blood pressure measuring, determination of sugar level in blood from blood drops. Sharing of educational and informational materials was also carried out.
